We are currently online only, while we look for the right location.
Should you select (WA Only) Store Pickup by Appointment Only* at checkout you will be emailed a day and time range for collection on you order.
SHIPPING
We aim to pick, pack and ship all in-store items within 4 business days of an order being placed. If the order contains a pre-order that is yet to be released we will hold all items of the order until the pre-ordered items have arrived into stock, we will then ship asap.
* Note - postal transit times are a estimate only and don't factor issues of location, postal service delays or factors beyond our control.
Australia Post Eparcel are generally 3 - 7 business days
Australia Post Express are generally 1 - 3 business days
Australia International Post generally 30 - 60 business days
FanBase Collectables does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items whilst in transit. We send all of our Pop! Vinyls in boxes with plenty of bubble wrap/filling for protection.
We take great pride in our packaging of orders and will do everything we can to ensure that all shipped orders arrive to our purchasers safely.
