Refund policy

REFUNDS

We provide a refund for damaged goods only*.

We do not provide a refund for change of mind, it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the item is in good working condition before the final purchase is made.

That said we pride ourselves on providing a quality of service that aims to exceed our customer's expectations. This includes the shipment of orders that meet the description of the item and are in full working order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

RETURNS, DAMAGES & ISSUES

Upon receival of your item/s, please inspect them and if it does not met your standards please notify us within 14 days of receiving them, please note notifying us after this time frame we may not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. We'll also require a receipt or proof of purchase & the item's, which can be found either in your confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website.

EXEMPT ITEMS FROM RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS

The following item/s or products marked IMPORT are exempt from our standard cancellation policy:

  • Pop! Vinyl (Import)
  • Loungefly (Import)
  • Apparel (Import) - Please make sure when ordering a Tee that you choose the right size, once the order is placed we will be unable to make a change.
