PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

• ETA (estimated time of arrival) dates are provided by the supplier and are subject to change without notice. Please note any order containing Pre order Items will be held until all items are in stock before they are shipped.
• Should you wish to receive your items as they come into stock please place separate orders or choose PICK UP AT STORE at checkout as pick up orders can be collected as stock arrives. You may also contact us at any time to have part of your order shipped (shipping fees apply)

IMPORTED ITEMS (IMPORTS):

• Imports by their general nature are a costly exercise, we work to try and keep prices low and have priced based on the cost of securing the import item and getting it to our warehouse in Australia.
• The nature also of an item coming such a long distance is an increased risk of transit damage. We always hope that this does not occur but it is down to how the international supplier chooses to pack the items. In the event of minor box damage your order will proceed as normal. In the case of major damage we will offer a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE: All Import orders are classed as FINAL. We are unable to cancel import orders due to change of mind as we order based on orders placed.

IN STOCK ITEMS:

• Items listed as In Stock or Just Arrived are in stock and ready to ship, they are processed with 24 - 48hrs with emails sent confirming shipping or pickup.

BUNDLE DEALS (POP! VINYL OR LOUNGEFLY):

• Items listed as Bundle Deals are a great way to save $$$ on the set.
• Purchases of the Bundle Deal that require shipping and contain Pre-Order and In stock items will be held until all items are recieved before they are shipped. 
• Purchases of the Bundle Deal that require PICKUP IN STORE and contain Pre-Order and In stock items you will be contacted as stock arrives for collection.
